Alignment with National Growth Plans
At FASTEK, we are aligned with Ethiopia’s five-year Growth and Transformation Plan, venturing into the design work for high-voltage transmission lines. Ethiopia is currently building five new hydroelectric dams, two wind turbine projects, and a thermal energy plant to increase the country’s power generation capacity from 2,000 megawatts to 10,000 megawatts. This expansion will position Ethiopia as the leading power exporter in the African region.
