Project Description
This project has G+16, 2 basements, and a revolving sky restaurant on the top floor. This building accommodates various uses (shops, apartments, offices, and a cafeteria & restaurant) and is located in Addis Ababa, near Legehar, on the back side of the Ethiopian Insurance Corporation. It is now in the completion stage. The project was performed in collaboration with ZIAS + AE
Scope of Work
Lighting/Socket /Data/Telecommunication/Television systems & Fire Alarms, all electrical systems, including supervision and contract administration
